DMCA Notice
The LOLbrary respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on lolbrary.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to File a Notice
To file a DMCA takedown request, please send an email to info@lolbrary.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific URL or location on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid takedown requests and remove or disable access to the infringing content within a reasonable timeframe.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, the specific content removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
