There is a certainly a language developing from memes and language shapes our perception of the world. Our perceptions are then used to formulate various ideas about nature, politics, social commentary, etc. So yes, there may be cultural singularity.

Thanks Roman. This is the point I've been trying to get across to people. We are reaching the point in society where things start to repeat themselves... quite frequently.

pretty sure repetition has been happening for centuries if not millenia. Internet/everybody being connected all the time just makes it go faster.
