Actually, fire and brimstone preachers made up a lot the Satanism, finding different places in the Bible where, "it was the devil in disguise!" It was the same kind of sensationalism that TV shows use to "shock" the public. It kept them showing up for church.

Well that's not true at all. The Bible is very anti-gay. Christ did not mention it but it is mentioned in Leviticus, Romans and a few other places.

The ones from the old testament dont really count afaik, possibly mistranslated by christians. Everything in the new testament(and possibly that too) is probably curtesy of that roman emperor and his team that compiled the bible. (I'm fairly certain he was the first to outlaw and persecute them aswell)

Falcon D Storms, I find it sad that you are telling me I don't know what some of my friends believe. I, myself, am a christian, and for the most part, I find christians who are like me and DON'T beleive this non-sense.

However, if you meet enough people, you'll always find "an odd one" for the group. This holds true for christian as well as for atheists.

While "behemoth" and "leviathan" may be biblical references to dinosaurs, "serpent" just means snake.

Nowhere in scripture is the snake equated to homosexuality.

Find me one person who believes that dinosaurs were "like serial killer homosexuals".

Crude oil is made from mainly liquified zooplankton, which was around when the dinosaurs were. Not quite the same thing... but close :).
