Silence is Golden...

Kid who yanks out my PC power cord while I'm doing shit is going to get backhanded so hard he'll go back through time and he'll know this time not to fuck with my shit.
Well... I hate kids.
Little, expensive, drooling bags of disease running around screaming and crying. Then later they grow up to be Bieber-loving fuckheads who trash the car and still destroy your expensive shit.
When I procreate, I will have one son to carry on my legacy. And I will raise him under the harshest and strictest of conditions in order to mould him into someone who can actually contribute to society, and not be a douch-y fatass.
My parents never hit me. Or treated me badly. And I turned out alright. I'm not a douche bag, a hipster, a loser, and I certainley don't destroy their shit. I'm respectful of them and their property.
I feel bad for your future son. Hopefully he writes you a note before his inevitable suicide.
I'm not sure why people equate "proper, disciplined upbringing" with "being abused and treated poorly".
I was brought up strictly and disciplined harshly as a kid (i'm asian, go figure) and I love my family and my life. I certainly have never pondered suicide. I'll raise my kids the same way.
The fact that your mind automatically resorts to thoughts of "inevitable suicide" the moment somebody doesn't spoil the shit out of their child leads me to assume that you perpetuate - or long for - the 'babied' attitude that I can't stand in kids today.
No, I don't find proper discipline to be equal to abuse. I just find that your hatred for children, admitted short temper that results in physical violence, and wanting to raise your child in "the harshest and strictest of conditions" to be contrary to good parenting.
lol Spartans raised their kids harshly and produced the toughest and most disciplined men and women of their time.
The way kids are raised today produces self-entitled, duck-facing fatties who curse at their parents because they didn't buy them iphones or cars for christmas.
I don't hate kids. I hate today's kids. And I'm determined to do my part to make them better tomorrow.
No wonder.. you are asian.. makes sense! Does your family give hugs? Curious.
OOH OOH! Ok I've had this question for forever. Maybe the grammar people (COUGHnixieCOUGH) can answer: Should this be "...in that case silence is very very suspect"?
Please explain why or why not with example. Because I am too lazy to internet it right now. Thanks in advance
Both 'suspect' and 'suspicious' would be correct here. Both have an adjective meaning of "tending to arouse suspicion", however, 'suspicious' also has a couple of other adjective definitions, so I would choose 'suspect', lest the observer suspects the personification of 'silence'.
