Ouch. That is propably the meanest thing, that you can say to a disabled person.

Whilst that is true, this is really meant to be aimed at non-disabled people who have been told how special they are their entire lives and have been enabled to the point of thinking that they are entitled to everything in life. There are people of a certain political belief that are like this as well.....but I'll leave it at that.
