I don't get why the women are stupid enough to get on these shows, when they know there is a chance the guy isn't the father. Clearly you were sleeping around. At least get all of the possibilities on the show.

Because it's a chance to be on TV. Some people are willing to do anything for attention.

When you put it that way, while I understand. It just makes me sad.

Don't feel sad for the women. If you've seen a lot of these "you are not the father" shows, most of the women are trying to falsely accuse (or just trick him if he isn't smart enough to verify that he is the father) the men of being the father in order to force him to pay child support, even when they know that the man isn't necessarily the father. They aren't looking for a "father figure" for the kid, it's just about money.

Feel bad for the kids, but these women are not worthy of sympathy.

That is what makes me sad.
