Most stations will give you the air for free if you go inside and ask, or look for the secret button (note: not all have the secret button).

I hate when they charge for air. Though it usually seems like it's in the ghetto when they do that so it's probably a way to keep trashy people from using it and destroying it.

I work at a speedway. A good portion of the speedways had free air, then about a month and a half ago our corporate made this air pump mandatory. Took away all air pumps and replaced them with these horrible air pumps
Genius! Who the hell bothers keeping quarters anymore? Ever have a slow leaking tire? .75 a pop gets real old real quick.
