True, but 'male' sperm are faster, whereas the 'female' sperm are longer lived. Therefore, if ovulation happens long enough after intercourse, the males have died off and the girls are just hanging out waiting for that egg to fall. Determining the sex of your baby is pretty straightforward if you know what you're doing. I certainly got what I wanted. GIRLS!!

Actually this first to reach the egg often aren't strong enough to get through but instead weaken it to allow the following to penetrate. So yeah, there's that.
