Honestly, I really don't know what I would do. Maybe I would pick the red one and then use that money to try to make 100 million. Then I wouldn't feel like a complete loser in life who just had everything handed to him (only the initial 1 million xD).
Depends on where you live. For example, I'd buy a house and invest the rest. The only problem is houses where I live don't really go below 400k unless they're falling apart. So that is half the money right there.

But if you buy a $500,000 house in cash, you will be set for a long time. Assuming it's not 2005, the house will hold that value for a very long time, so it's not like that money is gone.
