My friends, the days of IE 7 are mostly over, the days of Chrome crashing are still here...
You know, my friend has IE at work.
She's really confused "I remember it getting crap so switching browser... but actually it's pretty good and... better than most things..."
I think they may have sorted out whatever the hell made it go wrong...
IE 9 actually works better than Chrome does for me, Chrome takes forever to load compared to IE 9 on my computer, and I can load more sites on IE9 than Chrome.
IE 10 is currently the fastest browser out there, but has no customization or anything.
Tempted to check it out. Although, I think I need to uninstall everything that latched onto my IE whatever (seriously, there are toolbars I didn't download on there)
When you update background programs some of them without asking auto install toolbars, pisses me right off.
What's really sad is that my first thought was, "Why is that giant Simon game attacking a dog?" I give up.
Its annoying when people hate on IE, its actually pretty good.
IE 9 and 10 are pretty good, but I'm just afraid if microsoft ever gets power in this area again, they will go right back to trying to fuck everyone over. I say boycott internet explorer for good.
I just want the picture from the top part of this...
firefox uses ember!!!!
Firefox looks awesome in this pic.
Chrome works for me. It loads up the fastest out of all the browsers I have, and rarely does it ever crash. Occasionally it'll freeze up, but for the time I make up not having to wait for Chrome to open, it more than makes up for it. I only have a couple extensions, both of which are lightweight. No tool bars are ever allowed to touch my browsers. Ever.
Firefox is my backup browser. Rarely ever have to use it, but it'll usually do the few odd jobs that Chrome can't.
I've never even used IE on this laptop; Had both Firefox and Chrome loaded on a USB thumb drive.
