What should I do if I find an Atheist?

That's like this actually. I think it's malicious closed-minded ignorance. But then, this in particular is kind of amusing.

Indeed it is.

The person writing this understands the threat of knowledge, whether they admit the truth of it or not.

They have to shovel this cap down the "flock's" throat otherwise they might begin to think for themselves.

This is exactly why I became an atheist. They know the truth and how wrong they are, but they use the guilt machine or scare tactics to keep you and your money.

I was VERY involved because I thought I was doing a good thing. (helping with fish fry, playing in the choir/church band, helping with bible school...) Eventually I realized they were using me. The last straw was when I had a personal event I needed to attend and could not make it to one of the church functions, they tried to convince me I would go to hell for abandoning the church and I could be saved by canceling my event or donating money and praying.

I just looked at them with my jaw on the floor, shook my head, walked out and never came back.

I can say, from my experience it, isn't usually so conscious a thought -- the fear of knowledge, the extortion of free labor, the guilt ridding.

However, it's good to hear of more breaking free. It's one of the best things that's happened to me.

I wonder if there was another leaflet like this that they gave to the adults that said, "What should you do if you find a child that hasn't been brainwashed yet? If you find a child that hasn't been brainwashed yet, GIVE THEM THIS OTHER SHITTY LEAFLET WE'VE CREATED RIGHT AWAY TO BEND THEIR PREFORMED MINDS TO OUR WILL."

Religion is kind off fucked up isn't it? Worshipping people who lived thousands of years ago and we're not even sure if they existed...

Very advanced witnessing techniques are needed for these grouches.

They seem to live with a lot of fear actually. Why would you subscribe to that?

Kids raised in these environments don't really have a choice. :/ Luckily, I had parents who let me come to my own conclusions without telling me what to believe.

I wonder if there are other leaflets which warn children against Islam or other religions in the same way this one warns against lack of religion....

Also a leaflet warning little boys not to be alone with one of these wonderful religious types.
