"the the" in the Ikea example.
Good eye, it's pretty rare for the eye to catch "double the's" when you're skimming.
I was thinking the same thing as usually I'd completely miss it. Not this time, it seems!
I bet if they were on separate lines you would have missed it ;-)
There's a double "the" on two lines in the Arm & Hammer description too
That is not the rule of atari.
From what I learned in my high school class, so i could be wrong, Atari is closer to "I did it!"
Actually, "atari" literally means "winner", but in Japanese it can be used in a general context of "I'm the winner!", when achieving something. In the game, it loosely represents "I'm gonna win"; think it's too unrelated and weird? How does "check" sound if you are not used to it? What does it represent? Anyway, obviously the brand "Atari" implies that you are the winner for purchasing it!
WHAT THE HELL. I cannot believe this! This post outright discriminates against those who think that this post is sort of in the wrong by being so anti-climactic. As is this comment.
I am so very confused by your comment.
I just thought this post was going to have something funny at the end of it. I attempted at having an anti-climactic comment but fell short. >_
Well you can't win em all.
But it was definitely an interesting post.
Why is this so cool?
I thought there was going to be something funny at the bottom....I was wrong.
Did anybody else look at this and then use it to fill out unknown logos in the logo game?
It's an app that everyone appears to be downloading at the moment
Can't wait for it to sell for $100 million to zynga and then the fad be over.
Cough cough draw something.
Yes, but the company that made draw something got bought out for around $200 million by the game company zynga.
Since the purchase, the game's user base has shrunk over 30% already. Which shows how fucking retarded Zynga is paying out the ass for something that was essentially a fad.
I was making a joke about how this logo game will be the next fad to sell out quick and then be worthless in a year.
