I button bash, and then when I've done something cool I try to figure out what the hell I pressed
One of the earliest video games I used to play in elementary school was a fighting game and I did exactly the same thing. I randomly pressed buttons and when something happened I tried to figure out what I pressed. I got really good at the game, too. I don't do this anymore though.
I did it recently with Soul Calibur V and... Her name escapes me, hula hoop girl.
I button bashed, then did this really cool move. So I decided to learn how to do her cool moves.
Needless to say, when you actually know the moves you generally kick arse much more quickly.
Tira!!! And I understand...kinda. I'm more of a "practice in the training room" type of guy.
I normally try to, then get bored and just play the game.
But yeah, Tira (I had Trina in my head, which I knew wasn't right) and Ivy are the two I've learnt a lot of the moves with.
And those two are the only two I can beat my friend who is a massive "Beat Em Up" fan
true for every fighting game EXCEPT Super Smash Bros
But the controls for Super Smash Bros are easy lol. It's a fighting game for all the family.
Although, Final Fantasy Dissidia is another exception.
Mortal Kombat 3 begs to differ. Seriously, that game has a lot of strategy.
I'm proud to say that I'm in the green zone!
literally my friends are playing Mortal Kombat when i came across this... the fuck lolbrary haha
This is how I play Super Smash Bros. I can never figure what button does which move.
