BTW, the train tracks are rusted over, indicating that the tracks are no longer in service.

The low ATM machine is for wheelchair users and people suffering from Growth hormone deficiency (more commonly known as Dwarfism).

Also, it appears the disabled door has been block off for a reason. Those chairs are not bolted to the floor, so can be moved and are rarely in twos, usually in threes or more.

So the first two (rail track explained above) and the last aren't deserving of that tag.

The gate allowing the cafeteria at my college to be wheelchair accessible was blocked off by the people running the place, intentionally. It was to make us use the turnstile, which has no real use other than to be annoying...

Probably just to control flow. I know from school and college (not the same education standard as the States, I feel the need to add) that the doors in and out of the cafeteria were a bottle neck.

If it makes you feel better I have a habit of getting my belt looped hooped round the door handle. That's interesting to say the least.

Lol it's terrible. I get stuck on swivel chairs with my white pair of tripp pants because the chains loop around the back.

I had a pair of trousers when I was younger which had a belt effect going all the way to the bottom. They were just a tad too long for me.
