Meh, turn shower on, get naked and it's right temp by time i walk in. Pretty straightforward thing is a shower.

I just don't turn the overhead shower on until the water is coming out of the spout at the right temperature.

Then I turn on the overhead shower and quickly pull the curtain to use as a shield for a second to block against the initial cold water.

i just go in turn on the water and put my hand right in front of the shower head till the first couple seconds of cold water are gone.
