You need to find a commission who makes them. And they will be expensive - materials for this are expensive, it takes time to make and it's difficult.

What country are you from? If you're from the UK, go onto http://www.cosplayisland.co.uk - even if you're not, feel free to go on there and ask questions about cosplay - we're generally friendlier than the states sites.

The US has http://www.cosplay.com which you could use to find commissioners. However, as stated, from personal experience, and other accounts, people aren't that nice or as willing to give you advice as they are on cosplay island. I presume it's because US citizens are generally more competitive than the British.

Oh awesome. Yeah, definitely join Cosplay Island if you want to start cosplay, or want to help someone else :3 Certainly, I will be learning how to make these kind of costumes, and I will, at some point, be a commissioner. I don't have the skill to make this as of yet though lol
