That awkward moment when you realize that that's NOT Joe Biden.
I could be wrong Jay, this is the intarwebs we are talking about and I am kind of old but, If you turn your attention to picture number 5, Obama starts to address "Joe". No where is the Vice President Mr. Joe Biden pictured here. You refer to the original joke but I am not sure what you mean. Thoughts?
That is the joke; Clinton said "Biden" to make Obama think that Joe Biden was coming on stage, but really Clinton was just "Bidin" his time.

Also, I think the video for the original gif was created by some late night show or something. Probably Conan O'Brian. Or maybe the Daily Show idk.
