Obviously I thought it first.

My best friend does this to me, all the time. With all sorts of things she wants advice on, and I'm great at giving advice.. But she always goes with her decision anyways.

Clothes or relationships??

Apparently, I'm a fucking love guru, despite not having a successful relationship. Not that my friends take any advice anyway. Here's one that was dating a really good mate of mine;

Her: "Oh, he doesn't hold my hand or anything.." Me: "take the initiative, hold his hand first" next day Her: "He still hasn't done anything!!" Me: "Did you take the initiative?" Her: "no." Me: "¬_____¬ Just tell him you want to hold his hand damnit" finally, he starts to hug and stuff with her. several weeks later Her: "He's too clingy!" Me: "Tell him" doesn't tell him - DOESN'T EVEN HINT IT Her: "I'm splitting up with him" Me: "Why??" Her: "Cause he's too clingy. Plus, I really like /that/ guy and I'm dating him now" Me: "Have you told [my mate]??" Her: "No" Me: "Go fucking tell him! My GOD, this is why everyone thinks you just play with blokes' emotions!!!"

Yeeeeeah... After she sang the funeral march after a friend's partner had died (note: to that friends) I didn't have a lot of time for her.

Another friend - gay guy this time.

Him: "Do you think my fiancée will be mad if I sleep with another guy whilst he's away?" Me: "Yes. I do. He's your fiancée. Seriously, do not sleep with another guy whilst he's away. He'll be pissed off, and split up with you" a week later Him: sob WE SPLIT UP!!!! I'm so upset! Me: Why? What happened??" Him: "I slept with [another guy]! I should have listened to yooooooou" Me: "You fucking moron. I have no sympathy, piss off!"

EDIT: in response to this though, I think the red one would look a lot better on her anyway. The blue is way to bright for her skin tone.

Awwwwesomeness! Loving the major comment!! I can't believe your friends by the way, I mean.. seriously? Once you're engaged, there's no fucking around. Once you're in a relationship, there's no fucking around! Sheesh. And communication is sooo important, that's why I tend to "over-communuicate" sometimes... haha. My poor boyfriend.

They're not all of my friends, just to say. In fact, I rarely deal with these two anymore. I almost hit the girl for what she did to our friend - I mean, they were best friends, told each other everything and he (yes, he, but not the same he) was utterly devastated that she could do that period.

Advice for everything. I don't have any interesting stories to share, though, nothing so dramatic! And I'm not sure if red or blue would look better... also leaning towards red.

I think her friend was trying to screw her over with what shirt to choose.

TBH, there are times when I won't take a friend's advice because I think they're wrong - especially when I had a friend trying to convince me I should wear a miniskirt; I do not have the legs for a miniskirt, nor the skin.

Or like the time some friends told me to get a "bob haircut" because it would look AWESOME on me. It wasn't terrible, but I wasn't thrilled either. I then proceeded to get my hair cut even shorter and had a pixie cut for a couple of years, and it took forever to get it long again!

With hair, I ignored everyone who said I shouldn't get it cut short. It looks good short, and better than the mess I had before because that was unmanageable. My step mum was like "get a bob, you have the perfect face for a bob" ¬___¬ No. Bob's are boring.

And my pixie cut really suits me ^___^ HAH IN YOUR FACE NON BELIEVERS!

Although I did get a comment of "No offence, but, when you were in school you had really long hair, did you cut it short to get attention?" and "Do you want to look like a boy?"

Pixies are awesome <3 Not everyone can pull them off, though. But I really wanted long hair again, and I'm so happy now! Pshhh shun the non believers!!!

I want long hair, but only long straight hair suits me, and my hair gets into evil frizzy monster mode when it gets longer than my chin. And take about 4 hours to straighten - I kid not.

Woah 4 hours WTF. Takes me about 20 minutes (but I do a sloppy job), my hair has some natural wave, but not that much. Trying to imagine Iron Man with evil frizzy monster hair...

Imagine Black Widow's hair, but a complete mess.

Yeah, you do get girls that ask for opinions only to go with what they thought in the first place. I think they just want the person to agree with them.

I prefer the blue there. They're both good, but I just think the blue would be better because of both color and design.

I find with white skin, that shade of blue almost completely washes the person out - it's much better suited for dark skin :3

But it's also a cool color, which goes with the pale skin.

It's a cool colour just that it's too bright. On my monitor it looks to be proper bright blue, which I find obliterates pale skin tone. Which is why it's usually advertised on black manikins

On mine it's certainly blue, and would look better duller, but I'd still go with it over the red.

Lol as sad as this may sound, to establish my point, I actually LOOKED up which colors compliments blonde hair.

According to some random website, blue compliments blonde hair and green eyes.

Basically, I was trying to portray that even if her opinion had grounds, she would still favor hers.
