Can someone actually explain how that is a sex pick up line?
R U D T F with me = are you DTF(down to fuck) with me
Oh right... I'm rather not impressed TBH...
kids are in 7th grade...what do you want them to do? take ask each other to a french 5 star restaurant to taste exotic wines?
I just don't find it that good - I heard a lot when I was a kid.
I dunno, I'm just not taken by the whole letter things.
And anyway, they're 12/13, shouldn't be thinking about that stuff and be playing Pokemon!!!!
Their about 3 years younger than me, Current high school generation is really messed up, 95% of my class does drugs/drink, about 70% have been arrested, and 4 have had Juvie and prison time.
And 90% of internet statistics are made up
Needs another letter, then it would work better... the flow would be better... i know what I mean. It's a letter short that's all
Man you're picky. The kid's trying to do his best and all you can do is nitpick. It just ain't right.
Sorry, I've been doing English for absolute years (I did it for A-levels too). It kinda ruins things when it comes to... well everything to do with English.
Same with how Film Studies ruins films... Can't watch them with analysing everything.
And the irony is, your English in this post ain't doin' so great, sweetheart. ;-P
Oh, I commonly forget words. It happens very frequently with me.
I'll ignore the analyzing/analysing bit, as it's an 's' in this country (UK)
EDIT: Oh, and really, that whole comment is one massive error. I was exhausted that day.
Are you serious? So does your spell checker put analysing or analyzing?
It shows analyzing to be incorrect spelling and corrects it to analysing. The same is for synchronised and synchronized, realise and realize, maximise and maximize and organise and organize. We use 's', English (US) uses 'z'
I wonder if my boss will let me get away with using s...
Really?I can honestly do that?I am so gonna try this one!
I don't know! But surely not accepting the English spelling of a word suggests he's discriminating against the British.
This is funny two weeks ago I was reading huge debates on here with Nixie-the-Pixie in them and now I am talking you. It's kinda cool how this site works. So hey I have a question. I'm curious about you guy's government system. Can you explain it to me a little bit?
It's shit. Next! lol
Our two main parties are the Conservatives (commonly known as Tories) and Labour. There are also the Liberal Democrats (Lib Dems), but not as popular as the other two.
Essentially, Tories promote the Middle/Upper Class, married families and basically screwing over the working class. Labour is a mix, whilst Lib Dems are looking to helping the poor.
Once every... five years we have the elections for who's gonna be the party in power. What we do is that you elect who you want to be your local MP, and then whichever party has the most local MPs get the power if they have the majority by x-amount. If the gap is not enough, they have to enter a coalition, which is what's happening atm, Tories and Lib Dems working together (opposite party mandates and everything).
It's very likely that next election Labour will get in; Tories are hugely unpopular. They are making it a lot worse for the Working Class. Basically, the rich and poor divide always gets bigger when the Tories are in power. It happened last time, it happened this time.
Wow.And I thought the US had a fucked up way of doing it Jeez(no offense).
I don't mind the UK way of doing it; it's more the lack of choice. Plus, my explanation is crap.
This is the biggest problem with it; the only decent local MP we have is a conservative MP. You have to way up the options of voting for what ideals you want country wise, or if you actually want your local area to get any better.
It's in a 7/8 time signature. Like "Dem Bones" by Alice in Chains.
Actually it doesn't need another letter it flows just fine with 7 syllables each.
haha i gotta use that one on my boyfriend
