The fact that the guys who coded this game actually made it possible for the graphics engine to display an infinite fractal is pretty fucking awesome...not gonna lie.

If the Orange Portal displays in the Blue Portal, then why can't the Orange display the same image the Blue Portal displays?
Why is one half looking like the sun and the other one is an infinite repeat?
Where is the body of the character within the inner portals?
Since the character is standing in front of the Blue, shouldn't the inner portals inside Orange display the Blue Portal's view as well? ( O.o)

Hate to be the first one to point this out, but fake picture is fake.
If you want proof, like at the tiles on the wall. In the game, a portal is roughly the same size as one of those tiles. Along with everything that meLo nErd said, it's surprising anyone thinks this is an actual screenshot.
