That is a really old looking board. Probably an old Athlon XP/Pentium 4 board.

The card mounts, and ram sticks look pretty modern. What makes it look so old? (not that I can tell much from all the foam).

Both PS2 ports and lack of USB ports I'd assume. Also does not look like there is onboard ethernet, much less fiber which I see a lot for some reason. Newer boards also usually do not have that purple port (I forgot what it is called) and then that one below/above, can't tell, the VGA I don't see often either. The RAM could be DDR3, but that has been around a while, but I think it is DDR2. I'm not very good with memory though. I would definately love having a board like this for my Endian Router... I could put many more NICS in it, especially if I can ever find a wireless one that will work in Master mode, I haven't yet though.

This mobo is 5-6 years old, purely because of the AGP slot :D.
