Dexter's lab was awesome. I'm still undecided on BBT. I don't like that it is trying to capitalize on nerd culture.

A show that is a representation is not necessarily an attempt to capitalize on nerd culture. New Girl is a gross attempt of capitalization, shown by the fact that the "nerdy" girl they selected, played by Zooey Deschanel, is a dumb shit. Big Bang Theory is actually witty and written by true nerds. Every piece of math in the show is current and up-to-date theories, postulates, and equations, and their in depth examination of comic books and cult classic movies as they relate to the given situation can only be a celebration of nerd culture. It brought us to the forefront of the public consciousness as something other than calculator-toting, pocket protector-wearing goons. Also, I want to see Kaley Cuoco nude.
