First of all those gloves are made for stopping the ball dead as far as friction and velocity guys, as far as the middle one... there's enough pitting over the surface of a ball it is easily 'possible and probable' to do... It'd most likely take quite a few tries and retakes to get it perfect like that though.
It's funny because it does look fake. And it kind of begs the question, why?
Why fake this? It's not like it couldn't actually be done by a pro wearing sticky ass gloves (and putting glue on the balls). Sure it might take on hour of tries, but it probably took some dude a ton of hours sitting in front of a computer screen to fake it, and it would look a lot better if they just did it for real.
It isn't fake it looks fake because the lag the GIF has. the actual video looks a lot cleaner
