Farnsworth, you wouldn't consider this a win for the conman?
It's a loss on both parties, seeing as how the idiot conman actually MADE a $200 bill (of which there are none, and really poorly at that) and, well, the cashier part spoke for itself.
That's assuming he was a conman and not a troll.
It's still a win if he managed to get away with the $200 bill and get $198 back in real money
But, if the cashier wasn't so stupid, he wouldn't have gotten away with it.
