I guess it's a joke on how most diagrams on the internet are jokes or something. Idk, kind of stupid.

It's a comment on how many internet charts/graphs aren't correct in the way they present the info or they mess something up. That's why only 90% of diagrams are represented.

There are only 2 kinds of diagrams in this situations:ones with fails, ones without. This means they add up to 100%. In this graph, The total adds to 90%, which is impossible, which is a fail. Joke is most graphs are fail.
